Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple customer programs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop, organize, and direct program schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Establish work plans, milestones, and resource requirements for each project phase.
  • Ensure all program deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful execution.
  • Drive program governance through regular reviews, milestone tracking, and action item follow-up.
  • Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering changes, transfers, and sustaining activities.

Customer Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Lead customer meetings, business reviews, and operational discussions.
  • Communicate program status, risks, recovery plans, and achievements to both customers and executive leadership.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Planning.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure alignment with customer priorities and business objectives.
  • Drive accountability across functional teams to achieve program commitments.
  • Facilitate executive-level reporting and decision-making through accurate program updates and performance reviews.

Financial & Business Performance

  • Own the financial health of assigned programs.
  • Monitor revenue, profitability, and cost performance.
  • Drive actions to improve financial metrics while supporting business growth.
  • Review and manage:
  • Purchase Price Variance (PPV)
  • Excess & Obsolete Inventory (E&O)
  • Customer Claims
  • Freight Expenses
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Value Added Margin (VAM)
  • Manufacturing Value Added (MVA)
  • Waterfall analysis
  • Support quote reviews, business cases, and customer pricing discussions.

Experiencia y requisitos

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • EMS or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer-facing and executive presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and business management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent).
